Job Description: Our CORE agency is looking for a contract therapist available to complete assessments and reassessments. Most clients are seen in the community. The consumer population will be both child/adolescent and adults.
Requirements:
*Must have at least associate level licensure in the state of Georgia including LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW as well as meet other standards required by the state of Ga.
*Must have 2-3 years experience completing BioPsychoSocials as well as knowledge of BIRP notes and SMART format of treatment goals.
*Must be able to see clients during after school and evening hours as well as weekends.
*Must be willing to travel through out the Metro Atlanta area including Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Clayton, and Fayette counties.
*Must have exceptional organization skills such as keeping track of one’s own schedule as well as completing paperwork by assigned deadline.
*Must be able to attend monthly staff meeting held the last Tuesday of each month during evening hours.
